Berkeley HeartLab has contracted with numerous health insurance providers to become a Preferred Medical Laboratory (PML), or an in-network laboratory. Many providers with which we are not in-network also cover Berkeley HeartLab tests. If patients are covered by Medicare Part B, they will likely have no out-of-pocket cost.
